DRD was sending 4–5 emails a month. I left them sending 2–3 a week without burning the list. To make that frequency work, I built an original campaign calendar and took full ownership of concept, design, copy, and list management for every send. Each email had a reason to exist: a campaign hook, a cultural moment, a product story worth telling. For the brand’s visual presence, I built scalable template libraries that offered flexible solutions within the brands existing visual system that ensured continuity across all digital channels.
Art Direction
For the brand’s visual presence, I creative directed a series of in-house shoots with photographer Hallie Duesenberg — handling styling, art direction, and shot sequencing to build a consistent, elevated aesthetic across channels.
